thats weird, i cant seem to find anything either on the internet stating that Obama is gonna perform a speech on that day.
whats also weird is that the video was uploaded by someone who created his account on October 27,2009. So he uploaded that video and then vanished.
He maybe an insider or nothin more then some kid having fun. anyways, for 2009 whats left off the predicitons i read that could be fulfilled on that matter would be:
1. An attack on Iran
2. Banking holiday
3. The switching to a NWO
4. Obligatory swine flu shots in the U.S.
5. Obligatory chipping of U.S. citizen
6. Nothing? lol

Well, for my part, I have had a long-standing prediction on my 2010 (Part Three) page, located at http://www.newprophecy.net/2010part3.htm , which is technically the first page about what happens if the s**t does NOT hit the fan this year (which it appears it may not). The prediction is entitled US President Barack Obama's Historic "Deep Impact" Address to the Nation and the World and was posted to the page on July 4, 2008.
This prediction I am speaking about, projected for March 2010, is nothing less than Obama's "Deep Impact" speech ... he is either going to confess to the world everything he knows (or will be "allowed to say") about a first flyby of Planet X coming our way in late 2011 and early 2012 and a potential, more destructive second flyby in 2013 or else, and this may interest you Pacino, it will concern two incoming comets or two fragments of an incoming comet headed our way we do not yet know about that may impact earth in March 2010. If so, I say the two comets or comet fragments will crash into each other in space rather than hit us (which I go on to say could be "the Warning" part of the Garabandal prophecy).
In any event, if it is about Nibiru, we will be shocked to know how right we have been about its existence all along, but also how little the people in power, including those in Nasa, really know about what Planet X is or how to deal with it. I also say that if Obama tells us more than he should, he could risk assassination.
I should add that my prediction does warn before I get into the Planet X/Garabandal angle that the speech he gives could concern global war or the economy instead.
But the base 7 prospects for a major comet, something similar in appearance to the very weak (barely visible) greenish-blue Comet Lulin that passed earth in March of this year, only much much brighter and bigger, coming close to earth in March 2010 are very strong. And this time around, a comet of this sort could fragment into two, providing us with a Garabandal "Warning" scenario. Perhaps it already has.
In any event, you could say I have been waiting for something like this alleged November 27 speech, whatever it is going to be about, to happen.
If the person who made this video isn't kidding around, his November 27, 2009 address could therefore well be a premature fulfillment of a March 2010 Obama worldwide speech to the nations.

According to the article, on November 24 all the data on the economy will be interpreted and released, "proving" the US recession is over. Obama may make November 27, three days later, an opportunity to take credit for solving the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression of FDR (1930-1941) and the Great Recession of Ronald Reagan (1981-1983) ... and to have done so in less than a year's time.

Yes, March 2010 could be indeed the great warning of Garanbadal, although ive been reading that this will occur in 2009 - it might not be the case afterall.
Also, the information on that video slightly verifies what you are saying Mike about a Speech of the Deep Impact and Planet X:

Was anyone aware that on October 8, 2009 a 20-30m asteroid exploded over Indonesia with a force of 3 HIROSHIMAS???
Why werent we TOLD? Why that wasnt put in the news until 2-3 days ago???
Is planet X approaching? Is Obama gona declare a speech regarding its approach towards earth?

Taking a wild guess at Obama's speech(if there is indeed one), it will probably about how the world should unite at this time. That we should put aside our religious and cultural differences in order to overcome the financial and global warming crisis. Sticking my neck out here, I doubt it will be anything as spectacular as an alien craft showing up. But if it is hallelujah!!!

If Obama does indeed make an important speech on November 27, I trust it will be something fresh and significant.
I don’t think it will be about attacking Iran, since Obama came along Israel doesn’t get the same attention from the US, so I think any attack on Iran will come from Israel not the US.
I don’t think Obama will claim he was won the economic battle and has reversed one of the worse recessions in modern history, for no other reason than the administration would have access to the real economic data, and that shows there is no real recovery, so no victory can be claimed.
I don’t think Obama will make a speech about aliens because I can’t see what purpose that would serve, unless he was told by them we are going to be invaded or something outrageous such as that.
Mikes theory’s about deep impact I think has the most credibility at this time. If the speech is going to be a major turning point in history, I think we are looking at new fresh information on a new topic not yet talked about in public circles. To announce to the world either a comet impact coming our way or a wayward planet heading towards earth would be really big news and provide the shock element to go down in history as one of those ‘moments’.
I guess we wait and see.

| I find it interesting that people are throwing out dates for occurrances and when one date fails, the next one is given. It seems to me that this shows the level of anxiety that a lot of people are feeling. Perhaps if we took each date, and each scenario, as a possibility and then not run with it until something does happen, that would be for the best of all concerned. |

I agree with you, everyone is waiting for something to happen and anxiety levels are very high.
Here in Ireland there has allegedly been Fatima like sun anomalies based on predictions that the Virgin Mary would appear at certain times as she is angry at the way the world has become.
Personally I think it will be something like what Halifax has said about the world uniting to overcome the economic and environmental problems. I am hoping it is nothing to do with an asteroid or Nibiru.

Maybe the truth behind the real reason for establishing The South Pole Telescope a couple of years ago will be revealed, i.e. for the monitoring of Planet X, as some people have claimed.
After all, if Planet X moves in such an elliptical orbit where it accelerates into the solar system before slowly turning then accelerating back out of the solar system, then it is quite possible this planet can go from not being seen with a naked eye to being spotted first as a dot then getting larger in the sky in a relatively short period of time, i.e. within a year or two. If that’s the case the authorities wont be able to hide this fact for too much longer.
Just another thought.

Yes..confirmation of E.T. life would throw religion into chaos. This would even put the existence of God into question. That is why I doubt very much aliens are going to show. But even I have to admit Obama is being very quiet for an American president, so does he have something up his sleeve?
The announcement of something like Planet X coming our way sounds far more logical, though there has been no word from The Whitehouse that this speech is even going to take place.

Aliens? Disclosure? Disclosure wouldn't change the "Does God exist?" question. God created them also. She created Man in her own image. She could have created other beings in other images. Right?!?
Have you heard about Military Hush-Up: Incoming Space Rocks Now Classified.
Whether it is Planet X, Asteroids, or Aliens waiting to say hello on the dark side of the moon, we will not know easily. I wonder how many amateur astrologers are free to watch the skies.

dont forget that in the Apparitions of Garanbadal and of Our Lady of Brazil etc.. the end of Christiniaty is predicted as well as the death of Pope Ratzinger.
Before the establishment of NWO, religion most be abolished worldwide (kind of) or at least give DOUBT about the faith of every human out there. This will help in not only establishing 1 World Government but also 1 World Religion on the long run as well as the fall of Christiniaty. It is Therefore, very likely that Obama claims that Extra-terr. life exists and that he has the proof since they have established communication them several times.
This would be a small part of the religious chaos of the NWO, adding to the financial crisis and a BIG slap foward towards doomsday / WWIII. If obama does so, he could be as well the anti-christ.. just a thought.
