Okay since I understood the original text is different from what had been written from nostradamus..
Come 1999 - It a clever anagram playfully upside down is 9111 and seperates it 9 11 1 showed September the 11th 2001 as an american date since the month is first number then date and then year which the rest of the world have dates first!.
Seven(th) months - is no other than 7/7 2006 the london bombing, as always happen five years later as nostradamus predicted JFC and his brother fall at night-time (five years later) by the bearer of the petition (Jean Dixon).
(Airplane) Of the sky will come (great beginning) of (mightiest) King of terror(ist)
Etc etc, Even on July 1999 the US Navy - Cole? was bomb by the terrorist as Mike post some year back.
Not only nostradamus is playful with words and numbers, indeed some Quatrain is repeats itself within irself!.

No, It was not Mike nor USS Cole attack was not in July, instead it was on October 12th 1999. On June 10th 2000 Hafez al-Assad died, quickly succeeded by his son, Bashar which is out of it league.
Studying to the very core on french to english translates, and some re-reading on the second home pages part one, with the help of Mike translates of Erna Stieglitz, Alois Irlmaier, I had found no other conclusions apart from Vladimir Putin or perhap Vladimir Zhirinovsky or it succeeder of russia is part of the sky a great king of terror is no other than a russians surprise invasion by air.
Seven months is an unusual anagram with an S which only meant more than once seventh month, for instance let me elaborates:

2000 March - Putin elected president.

Before and after Mars (Wars) reign by good luck (fortune) is another clever anagram that cunnily dictates by the respecter that it will not be told beforehand but after the happening as Hitler, Churchil, Roosevelt and Stalin did wager in bets that whichever would win the second world war.
America is the only country to reign supreme in Mars with it successful probes landing in Mars. Great Britian with it pathetic Beagles one, and two failed miserably, so it meant the european and the united kingdom will not have good fortunes or luck in the russian surprise invasions.
Now if that happen, then it shall be the biggest coup d'etat ever in history, one that russia would love to go for the sake of military proudness in the book of history. From the break up of soviet union it is all one great big coup d'etat ever.
The situation is strained as Alois Irlmaier mention is the Allied & Nato itself, they are strained in afghanistans, Balkan and Middle east, they had asked for more troops and underestimate afghanistan talibans.

Actually, the attack on the USS Cole was October 12, 2000 and not October 12, 1999.
It is good that you can see that in line 2 it is "(a) great King of terror" and not "(the) great King of terror." It means he will be only one of many "Kings of terror" of our times.
To me this comes closest to the Nato bombing of Serbia from March through June 1999. It misses July by only one month.
It is true that Russia begins military action against Dagestan in August 1999 (again only one month removed from July), however the big aerial attacks happened when the war in Dagestan migrated to Chechnya in September 1999. Moscow said they were patterning their overwhelming air strikes in Chechnya from the Nato operation in Serbia earlier. Grozny was eventually destroyed in January 2000.
If "Sept" was intended as "September" then the second war in Chechnya was intended. Either way, it doesn't really matter. It is rather fascinating that Nostradamus promised one KOT for 1999 and we ended up with two. I'd call that PREDICTION OVERKILL.
Clinton/Nato or Putin/Russia was only considered "(a) great King of terror" not "(the) great King of terror." That is an important distinction and places the personage on the scene of a terrible war from the sky ONLY in the year 1999. Clinton was out of office in January 2001 without having launched any more major air wars. Putin is still in office, but a lame duck who will vacate the presidency shortly after March 2008. Thus far, Putin has not conducted another major air offencive since Chechnya in 1999-2000. Unless Putin does another major air war between now and March 2008, like Clinton, he was (just another) "King of terror."
As for the resurrection of the "great King of Angolmois" ... he need not even be connected to the "great King of terror." Could be two different events, one in 1999, the other sometime after, loosely connected or not linked at all to the first.
If Angolmois is Mongolois, it need not be Ghengis Khan either. Many mongols live in Afghanistan and Central Asia (once a part of the Mongol Empire). Could be Osama bin Laden, even though he is Saudi.
He was "brought back to life" in a big way in the 911 attacks of September 2001, after the relatively smaller attacks he engineered in the first Twin Towers attack (1993), Somalia (1993), Kenya and Tanzania (1998), and the USS Cole (2000).
Mongolois could also mean China, still, in our near future.
Angolmois might, instead, mean Angoumois (France), and the prophesied "great Monarch" who will be victorious at the end of World War III. He may take power of the EU before global war breaks out.

Isn't that a good way of saying, especially to the people who were fearfully awaiting the new millennium and still fearful after 2001, that war will somehow AVOID becoming the dreaded World War III? So far, it has actually, despite some close calls. Likewise, despite the Iran-Iraq War, Operation Desert Storm, and the great wars in the Balkans during the 1990s, they all managed to avoid becoming WW3, luckily.
One word of warning, however. Mars may have been used to represent the close opposition periods from roughly 1997 through 2005.
That means that starting with 2006, Mars (War) may not reign so luckily. By 2009, our luck may well run out entirely.

Ahoy! pardon my absent as you know that I am one sucker for online games notably at the moment -- (cough) World of Warcraft!. Oh man what a brainless game that was but it is indeed part of the funs! (to pass the times!). Just like JRR Tolkien of orcs, gnomes and undeads to slays!. I was a cute girly gnome on the alliance side with pink hair slaying the horde players in so called player versus players servers. Not to mention all that times that I had wastes.
Even playing any of these games online or offline (mostly online) occasionally I get some strange sort of visions? inside me head is like a daytime dreamer that not to be believes in vain, so faint, so weird, some idea is crazy that it did happened as though I was the attacker and the next thing it was on the news???. damn!. I dont understand this, do you get it? I was the main attacker, the feeling was like a desperate motif sort of ugly things, not that i'm afraid but rather I need more proof!.
Two weeks ago, I think that was about the time after my last post or somewhere, I walked into my kitchen as usual in my one bedroom humble neat house of a sort of flat -- unfortunately lucky to have. Well as I uh umm near the kitchen sink -- somebody gently tug my T-shirt behind me!!!, as I turned around quickly knowing nobody is in my house, I was'nt afraid at all but more of an interest and hope'ing that maybe some kind ghostly spirit wanted to talk to me, anyhow I myself stepped back and at the same time got tingles all over, mostly the upper body and head and I said calmy in interest "Do you want to tell me something?". but nothing happened.
Then I had the urge again that given the real life a break and played some games online passing times. Ahh everyone should take a break too!, yea because real life stuff nowaday is just not good for our spirit innit?.
Anyway it nice to have a break from this crazy world now and then, even though from television especially the news!. And Mike, many thanks for correcting my 1999 cole mistake .
Right now I have the urge to read again, One thing that bugging my head is the russian kremlins. Something telling me that Boris Yeltsin was poisoned by the kremlin and I have no doubt. Yeltsin was supposed to die (in kremlins thought) but he was strong and survived with some sort of unbalance brain damages that the kremlin sort of accusing Yeltsin of drinking too much vodka!. Yea yea, watch those russians, something fishy, something not right.
Jeane Dixon did use the term 'Mongol' and 'probably somewhere in central asia', now Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kirgizstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and let alone all those muhammedanism crazes in northern china, southern russia too?, these country are infinite populations which meant that there was no census!. One might say around 120 million but I shall say 120 BILLIONS.
Now.. there was a reading somewhere as I remember that after the upheaval? one asked on why we (the west) didnt do something about it earlier, like some sort of much tougher force?. But I dont remember what is it and an urge to read again.
That one of yours post in the second homepage that must be three or four maybe more years ago, I never forget -- you rightly mention fersod as someone u quote with mentioning baghdad?:
