Indeed! I know the area well, I was talking to my friends down there and they said it was a low rumbling for about two minutes but that there was no damage thankfully and also luckily no tsunami!
The Pacific Rim is still flexing its muscles I see! |

BREAKING NEWS: A 6.9-magnitude earthquake struck in the Gulf of California off the Mexican coast, the U.S. Geological Survey reports.

Four earthquakes hit Mexico’s Gulf of California

(CNN) — Four earthquakes — with magnitudes of 5.8, 6.9, 5.0 and 5.9 respectively — struck nearly next to each other in the Gulf of California, between the western Mexican states of Baja California and Sonora, the U.S. Geological Survey reported. There were no immediate reports of damage.
Two earthquakes hit within minutes of each other, just before 11 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (2 p.m. ET). A third one hit about 30 minutes later and a fourth 10 minutes after that.
All four quakes occurred at a depth of about 6 miles, the USGS reported.

Three major quakes in the same region of the Pacific all within 24 hours. Those people have suffered terribly.
And as we have discussed previously how one side of the Pacific rim affects the other; this was on the BBC website this morning;

Conor make it FOUR ... the coasts of Samoa were shaken again!
I think we have a Red Alert Planet X is defintely approaching as seen on SOHO images. We must watch for more earthquakes as a warning before the MIDEAST war erupts in October --- December. My take it would be October 09..

Earthquake swarm hits California's Eastern Sierra, including 5.1 Inyo County temblor [updated]
Inyo County was struck by a swarm of earthquakes this morning, including a 5.1 temblor around 3 a.m.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey, there have been more than 30 temblors centered about seven miles from the tiny town of Keeler, 11 miles from Lone Pine and 148 miles from Las Vegas.
[Correction: An earlier version of this post attributed information about the quake location to the National Weather Service. That information was provided by the U.S. Geological Survey]
Quake swarms have occurred before around California, notably in the Mammoth Lakes area and around the Salton Sea.
There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
While most temblors in the quake swarm were tiny, there were several 3.5 aftershocks to the 5.1 main quake.

Make it 5! Tonga was hit by a 6.3 quake this morning aswell.
As we can clearly see, the Pacific Rim is in utter turmoil. It doesnt bode well for the americas coastlines. All of the release mechanisms are happening along the western pacific, all the tension will be huidling along the eastern pacific. This will lead to major quakes and eruptions eventually. |

whats killing me is WHY no astronomer is saying anything about the object or planet or whatever it is showing on SOHO pics:

A huge, extremely bright object steadily increases for 2 weeks. Now it takes 50% of camera field, brightens the entire region, making it impossible anything else to be recorded, including the sun flares (right)

I' not sure what to make of those videos..I'm no expert and those vids don't really mean much without someone to explain what exactly we are seeing there....hopefully more information will come out so that people can understand.

to me looks pretty good visually.
its funny how people are commenting they dont like it as this is a patching of scenes together with no story background or anything = on that point i wouldnt like it too. However, i did hope that they used more drama instead of lame family jokes and more frightening music from what they have used.. oh well.

it seems that the next huge earthquake will be in California, at least 8.0 should be expected in the incoming weeks and months.
Rash of Earthquakes Shake California's Owens Valley
October 3rd, 2009
LOS ANGELES -- A 4.5 earthquake rattled a ghost town near the Los Angeles Aqueduct and Owens Lake Saturday, the latest in a series of quakes in the Eastern Sierra.
The 4.5 magnitude aftershock hit at 4:50 a.m., and a trio of temblors at or above 3.0 magnitude hit later in the morning, according to automated seismographs operated by Caltech, the USGS and other universities.
The quakes were centered near Keeler, a ghost town just east of Lone Pine, a small Inyo County town straddling U.S. 395 some 200 air miles north of Los Angeles.
The Los Angeles Aqueduct, which supplies 50 percent of domestic water used within the city, wasn't damaged.
A 5.0 quake started the area rattling early Thursday morning, and a trio of quakes with magnitudes of 4.7, 4.9 and 5.2 struck within a few minutes Friday evening. Hundreds of smaller quakes have registered in the same area this week.
The area is part of the "Eastern California rift zone," where extensive and relatively-recent earth movement has triggered volcanoes, earthquakes and mountain-building within recent geological epochs.

While in Church praying before the BLESSED SACRAMENT I received the following vision.
I saw an Angel dressed for battle and he was holding a large garbage bag in his hand. He then told me to look in the garbage bag and as I looked in the bag I could see the remains of aborted babies, some of them were full term.
The Angel then told me that we destroy the FATHER PRECIOUS GIFTS AND THEN TREAT THEM AS GARBAGE THROWING THEM AWAY.
I then saw garbage trucks lined up as far as I could see and the Angel told me that these garbage trucks represented the babies we have aborted and then thrown away as garbage.
I then saw him with a sword in his hand with it raised over his head and he said to me that he was an ANGEL OF WRATH and he had come to deliver the FATHER'S JUSTICE.
I then saw below him the map of the United States and he stuck it with his sword touching Southern California with the tip.
He then announced to me that the earth will shake as never before with the FATHER'S JUSTICE.
That the payment to DIVINE JUSTICE for abortion is now due and could no longer be delayed.
