Hi,
Some of the websites I visit are channeling websites and one in particular that's been around for a long time made a statement (figured off-topic forums would be the best place for it):
http://blossomgoodchild.blogspot.com/
"We wish it to be understood that on the 14th day of your month of October in the year 2008 a craft of great size shall be visible within your skies".
I visit a lot of channeling websites, this is the first one to make the statement though, August the 1st to be exact, and now other channelers are stating something similar.
It's also started appearing on YouTube:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZOF7IIQYmlI&feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P8c0ppYYT6o
Mark the date in you calandar. Might be more eventful than the LHC getting fired up today :-)

Hi Thomsop
This is quite interesting. Something else may tie in with this - today I was made aware of 'web bots' - I must admit I'd never heard of them before, so I went off and did some research. To cut a long story short, these 'web bots' are apparently use to sample the global human emotions (?) and use for 'predicting' (?) major events -it is somewhat quantified how seriously the collective global human emotions will be affected by such events.
They used 9/11 as an example where that event affected human emotions globally for about 10 days, there is likely to be an event in October 2008 that will affect the global human emotions for about 45 days - so it must be a very big event that disturbs us all.
I found quite a few websites on this topic but didnt look into all of them, but maybe the 'spacecraft' you refer to for October 14 is the event, or maybe it is a major middle eastern war that starts in a dramatic way or could be a few things like major economic collapse, west coast earthquake, NYC destruction, etc.
Anyhow October came up on your channelling sites, and October is coming up on sites referring to 'web bots'.
If any member on this forum understands 'web bots' in more detail and what the current predictions mean, can you please enlighten us?

The only astronimical event listed for October 14th is a full moon. And a meteor shower will come a few days later. I am sure that if nothing is seen on the 14th they will say the light of the full moon obscured the craft. And if it comes a few days later they'll say that the craft was responsible for the meteor shower!
I will keep an eye out on the 14th though! |

Hi Halifax,
Yep, could be a number of things happening in October! I remember once reading an article regarding web bots also and how they reflected the 'emotions' of the masses regarding big events. The article was also about 9/11. Before that I thought web bots were used only by the search engines, to spider/crawl the internet and gather data for indexing/update SE databases (much faster than a human can do) hence their deployment.
But it turns out they can be programmed for almost any internet based task but are only as good as the keyword/programming behind them and they also rely purely on data input by humans throughout the internet, whether BB posts, blogs etc. For some reason, people pick up on something that is about to happen and may post something somewhere relating to this event/how they feel and the web bot comes along with it's programming/keywords to look for and reports back whatever it finds. And the results can be amazing:-)
Some examples: http://aphroditeastrology.com/2007/05/web-bot-predictions.html http://www.rense.com/general69/webbotrun806.htm
There's also a reference to web bots for predicting the future & stockmaret predictions on a recent History Channel program called Decoding The Past: 2012 End of Days - posted on YouTube in 5 parts - part 1 found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nYZtMwIPb4c
I'm going to research some of the sites that deploy these web bots for predicting future events, specifically 'October & Spacecraft' and will post back here. I'd completely forgot these things exist and find it facinating so thanks for your post Halifax.

it could be the: Nuclear Destruction of New York City - [September 2008 or April 2009] as predicted by Nostradamus and written on MIkes website. Remember that some Russia nuclear bomber was just sent to Venezuela for some exercise...
now wheter russian will attack or not its unknown yet.. but its coming.

Hi Pacino, yep anythings possible (nice site by the way) - only had a little luck finding info regarding web bots and October - no mention of spacecraft though.
The Web Bot Project is run by http://www.halfpasthuman.com/NuHPHWhatWeDo.htm where they run the web bot project and produce ALTA (asymetric language trend analysis) reports based on various dates and information they pick up on the internet. They also run the http://www.urbansurvival.com/week.htm website.
The ALTA report we're interested in is the ALTA 209 series which began collecting data on 23rd April and the immediacy target of this ALTA 209 series is September/October of 2008 but these are only available at a cost and that is $360 off the main website for download. Not an option for me.
However, I did find some snippets of an earlier ALTA series elsewhere, namely an online radio show in which the people who run the web bot project 'George Ure' and someone known only as 'Cliff' released some info during an interview in March 2008 on the George Noory show Coast to Coast - http://www.coasttocoastam.com/shows/2008/03/04.html
The only reference in this interview to specifically Oct 2008 is "In October, there'll be a major stock market crash or a climate event that has a disastrous effect on the economy."
I found the page detailing how the web bots work - http://urbansurvival.com/simplebots.htm
I'll keep looking :-)

A more recent radio interview, different show but from the same web bot guys on 2 Sep 2008 :-
"The Web Bots see September 22-27, 2008 as precursor dates to the main turning point date of October 7, 2008. Closely watch events during September 22-27, 2008 for hints as to what to expect on October 7, 2008.
Cliff said whenever "it" happens, and whatever "it" turns out to be, "it" will be a date in history you remember like 9/11, we will remember 10/7.
The Web Bots foresee that October 7, 2008 to February 19, 2008 will be filled with emotional intensity, and the length of the release period will be extraordinary. The Web Bots have never picked up any event lasting this long. In comparison, 9/11 length lasted about 10 days. This event will be four months of high emotion."
From http://pimpinturtle.com/2008/09/08/web-bot-report-foresees-doom-october-7-turning-point.aspx
Will have to wait and see I guess.

I will go with October 7, 2008 being the date of the Stock Market Crash and the official start of a worldwide economic collapse and Great Depression.

Just to give the web bot thing a bit of balance I also found this article debunking them - in a nutshell it says they can't predict the future any better than a human can :-) Still no reference to that elusive spacecraft visit!

Nonetheless - the web bot discussion has been yet another angle on the current situation globally. Certainly been fascinating to follow.
The whole October 2008 has a certain gloom around it, thats for sure.

I must admit too, I am a little anxious about october. I know nothing about these web bot's and most of the time go on my instinct and what I know about predicting the future, and I am uneasy about some of the thing's I have been noticing. I am not going to go into too much detail it would take too long to explain, but the more I am seeing the more this is pointing that something is really wrong. October could turn out to be marked in the history book's for a reason no one has even looked at yet and will probably not even been known about till many year's after as a significant date.
I am going on a limited knowledge of web bot's, but I think they may start revealing something strange about Human Nature and the way we look at ourselves. Especially in the month of October 2008.

| The ironic thing about this whole discussion - if you understand how they came up with the whole web bot concept - is that this discussion is only strengthening the feedback loop on the October date. ;-) |

Hi Darkcomet / Paula,
Yep, you're absolutely right Paula, the more it's talked about on the web the more the web bots pick up on it :-)
Back to 'the visit' - I found another site with more information from various channels this time :-
http://www.cosmiclighthouse.com/node/1638
I personally 'feel' something is going to happen, whether it's good or bad, or a combination, I don't know - but always hoping for the best :-)
Time will tell.

I'm curious about this thomsop. Not that I am saying this might not happen. And, I have read Dannion's book regarding the prediction that we will soon know that life on other planets exists. But, there have been other times that UFO's have been seen in broad daylight - I seem to recall that there were hundreds of UFOs seen above Mexico City witnessed by hundreds of people at the same time a few years back. And, even with that, there still hasn't been a real acceptance of the phenomena. Given that, how does one UFO showing up on the 14th make all that much a difference??
Just wondering here, not trying to discount what you have brought forth in this thread. |

Hi Paula,
I would like proof as well that there's life out there, I think the universe is too big for there not to be. Whether it happens on the 14th October or not I do not know.
You mentioned the Mexico City ufo's, I think there was a big wave of them in 2005 that lasted days and also 1991. There also wasn't any real coverage at the time in the media but I think there should have been. Found this on a forum regarding the lack of coverage:- http://www.sciencechatforum.com/bulletin/viewtopic.php?t=8901&sid=ff19739f0a0c5891a360723bd7b7263b
As for the 14th October visit making a difference, it may have something to do with the size of craft or the location where it shows up or that it's meant to be there for 3 days and come back at some future point, first contact rather than a one off. The reports also say that the goverment will try to cover it up but will fail.
If anything, the story makes for a good read :-)

We'll this could get interesting to say the least. If 14th October is the day we have less than a month left to wait, by the 31st I will be biting my nail's in positive anticipation of the waiting. Though I must say this.....I have have my doubt's. How many time's have we heard this? Still one to mark on the calender just in case!
