So with the passing of the last two Kennedy Siblings in the last month, does this mean that the Kennedy Dynasty has finally ended its affair with American Politics?
I now that Ted Kennedys son is a Congressman for Rhode Island but he doesn’t show the flair his father or Uncles had for politics and dynamism. Then theres JFKs daughter Caroline, who was roundly put down for her attempt at gaining the Senate Seat vacated by Hillary Clinton.
Is this it then? Has the Kennedy Dynasty ended? Will the Bushs or Clintons rise to fill the vacuum left behind?
There are something like 60 Kennedy grandchildren, chances are that some of them will get heavily involved in politics just because of the family history, it may be more than a decade though before we see them in action. I don't think this is the end of the Kennedys, but we will probably see a new generation, like that of Megan McCain (my generation) becoming the new kids on the block.
